Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers and Distributors (ICMAD), the 700 company-member association that supports entrepreneurial businesses in the cosmetic, toiletry and fragrance industry, has announced its sixth annual CITY Awards for Cosmetic Innovators of The Year. To be eligible for a CITY Award, the company must be a member of ICMAD. All products must have shipped between April 1, 2008 and March 31, 2009. CITY Awards will be presented in nine categories.
